14-Day Returns
If your gear isn’t right, return it within 14 days of delivery — unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
How to Return
- Step 1: Contact us with your order number and reason.
- Step 2: Pack the item in its original packaging.
- Step 3: Ship it back or arrange courier pickup.
- Step 4: Refund is processed within 3–5 working days of inspection.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Exchanges ship as soon as your return is received — subject to stock availability.
12-Month Warranty
All MUJMA products are covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects. Warranty covers construction and materials — not wear from misuse.
